Perfect location, satisfactory breakfast with a lot of food.

Scruffy staff!

I had a great stay at Hotel Palacio Atxega. The rooms were nicely furnished with exposed beams and stone walls, giving it a cozy and rustic feel. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread, although simple, was tasty and satisfying. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also had free parking, which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Helpfull staff, nice large clean bedroom and showeroom. Considering the kitchen facilities the food was most acceptable.

Room and facilities were very good for the price, comfortable bed and helpful staff.

our second stay at this gem in Usurbil was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even with our late arrival. The beautifully restored historical building and stunning mountain views added to the charm. Highly recommend!

A spacious room for a familly of 3. Easy to get to San Sebastian if you have a car.

The restaurant was excellent and despite our lack of Spanish the staff madw every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible..

Located near public transportation and just a short ride away from the city center, this hotel is convenient for travelers. Plus, the welcoming restaurant next door and charming park across the street provide a nice break from the hustle and bustle. Spacious rooms and bathrooms offer a comfortable stay, along with a helpful and friendly staff.

The lack of a lift may make the hotel unsuitable for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The location was not good too far from the Village.

The evening meal was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Receptionist was very friendly and got up extra early for us to have breakfast. Most important though - our little dog was made welcome!

Everything was great, yet a few employees were dirty. Our room was modern, cheap, with wood structure above, good size bathroom and comfortable beds.

It's really unfortunate that the lovely building is sandwiched between industrial warehouses and a highway, which makes it more like a motel rather than a mountain/countryside hotel. Luckily the windows seal quite well so there wasn't much noise from outside. However, the rooms and doors aren't very sound proof so you could hear cleaning upstairs or preparations for breakfast outside. The shower screen in our bathroom is in need of repair as it looks as though it could break off if not careful.

The hotel is located in a charming old building with a lovely park nearby for leisurely walks. It is conveniently situated close to the transport network, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The attached restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience with delicious food. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. the staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The walls of the hotel are quite thin, allowing for some noise from neighboring rooms.
